SkyDiddle Terms of Use

SkyDiddle is a local connection and workflow platform. It is not an emergency service, employer, insurer, waste facility, or guarantor of a user or job.

Using SkyDiddle

Users must provide accurate information, use accounts they are authorized to use, protect their passwords, and follow applicable safety, property, transportation, disposal, licensing, and recycling requirements. Users must be at least 18 years old to accept or perform work through SkyDiddle.

Jobs, quotes, and payment

SkyFriends describe requested work and Skadoers decide which work they can safely and lawfully perform. Unless SkyDiddle expressly states otherwise for a specific service, job scope, price, payment, taxes, permits, equipment, and completion terms are agreed directly between the SkyFriend and Skadoer.

Skadoers and credentials

Skadoers are independent users, not SkyDiddle employees. A green credential shield means SkyDiddle has at least one current manual verification record for that Skadoer. Verification may be based on submitted documents, an original credential, issuer contact, an online registry, a workplace or on-the-job record, license evidence, insurance evidence, or another reasonable manual method. Each public record identifies the credential, issuer, issued or effective date, credential number, and SkyDiddle review date. The shield is not a background check, warranty, insurance guarantee, or promise of job performance. Users should independently confirm any license, insurance, certification, or qualification important to a job.

Prohibited conduct

• False, fraudulent, unsafe, illegal, abusive, discriminatory, or deceptive activity.
• Posting jobs or materials a user has no right to offer, move, remove, recycle, or dispose of.
• Uploading malware, impersonating another person, probing private data, bypassing access controls, or disrupting the service.
• Using contact information obtained through SkyDiddle for unrelated spam or harassment.

Accounts and moderation

SkyDiddle may reject applications, hide profiles, pause job access, remove content, or suspend accounts to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or maintain the service. Users may contact support to dispute an action.

Guided tours and chat help

SkyDiddle's guided tours and chat provide general navigation and platform information. Skado uses approved local answers first. When enabled, Skado 2.0 uses OpenAI to answer only unmatched chat questions; remaining questions transfer to SkyDiddle's backend answer inbox. Help responses do not replace professional, legal, licensing, safety, emergency, price, or job-specific advice. Users remain responsible for confirming information important to their work and must not submit passwords, payment information, private credential files, or sensitive personal information through Help.

Service limits

SkyDiddle is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, fail, or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SkyDiddle is not responsible for indirect losses or for conduct, property damage, injury, payment disputes, or promises made by independent users.
